 * Strong industrial automation and systems integration background.
 * Expertise with PLCs, HMIs, SCADA, motion, robotics, machine vision, and industrial networks.
 * Experience with MES/ERP integration and technologies such as OPC UA, MQTT, REST APIs, SQL, Ignition, or Node-RED.
 * Strong communication, leadership, project, and customer-facing skills.

## Description

* Lead, mentor, and develop a team of automation and integration engineers.
 * Provide technical leadership across PLC/controls, HMI/SCADA, robotics, AMRs, vision, motion, and industrial networking.
 * Drive scalable automation architectures, engineering standards, reusable software, and documentation.
 * Lead adoption of AI-assisted engineering, digital twins, simulation, and virtual commissioning.
 * Partner with Sales, Project Management, Operations, and customers to deliver successful projects.
 * Ensure solutions meet applicable safety, electrical, cybersecurity, and regulatory standards.
 * Drive continuous improvement, engineering efficiency, and technical innovation.
