In this role, you will provide critical 2nd-line technical support for our core Trade Processing applications, which are hosted across on-premises, client-premises, and cloud environments. Reporting directly to the Regional Application Support Manager, you will work closely with a global team in a "Follow the Sun" model, ensuring system reliability, optimizing application health, and delivering exceptional service to our financial clients. Responsibilities and impact: * Technical Support & Resolution: Provide 2nd-line, client-facing technical support for issues escalated by 1st-line teams. Utilize strong investigative and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve complex issues efficiently. * Incident & System Monitoring: Proactively monitor system operations to detect anomalies.
