Working Conditions * Outdoor/Indoor construction/manufacturing environment primarily temperature controlled. Exposed to electrical, noise, cut hazards etc. * Required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) (i.e., arc flash, safety shoes, hard hats, gloves, safety glasses, hearing protection) as required. * Must be able to work on platform ladders and other elevated work surfaces at heights greater than four feet. Physical Requirements * Able to maintain body equilibrium and agility to prevent falling when walking, standing, crouching, ascending or descending stairs or step ladders * Must stand and place body in delicate positions for extended periods of time. * Required to use upper extremities frequently, work with both arms above and below shoulders and use both arms at full length frequently. * Must be able to meet physical lifting demand up to 50lbs. ## Description A Lead Quality Inspector is responsible for ensuring that products or services meet established quality standards and specifications. They perform inspections, tests, and audits to identify any defects or deviations from quality requirements. Quality Inspectors use various tools and techniques to measure and evaluate the quality of materials, components, and finished products. They document and report any non-conformities and work closely with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions. Additionally, they may participate in the development and improvement of quality control processes and procedures. The Lead Quality inspector will be responsible for training and leading teams of inspectors.
