Understand how to manage stress * Additional Work Conditions & Physical Abilities: N/A ## Description The ERP Integration Developer serves as a key technical resource on the ERP Oracle team responsible for building, maintaining, and optimizing integrations, data conversions, and technical solutions for Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP. This role functions as a strategic liaison between business stakeholders, functional analysts, and technical teams-translating business requirements into scalable, secure, and supportable integration solutions. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong systems thinking, problem-solving capabilities, and hands-on experience supporting large-scale ERP implementations., * Serves as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for resolving technical issues * Build and maintain FBDI and HDL-based data loads, including data mapping, validation, and reconciliation * Collaborate closely with functional teams to define integration requirements, data transformation rules, and end-to-end system flow * Supports data conversion efforts for phased go-lives, including legacy-to-Oracle data migration strategy, cleansing, mapping, and cutover support * Participates in design reviews, solution architecture discussions, and cross-functional planning sessions * Evaluates and implement new Oracle Cloud features as part of quarterly updates * Contributes to ERP stabilization efforts following new module implementations and phased expansions * Produces and maintain technical documentation: integration specifications, data mapping, sequence diagrams, test scripts, and operational runbooks * Required to have prompt, regular attendance in person and be available to work on-site during regular business hours and as needed * Performs other duties as assigned by the appropriate administrator or their representative, This job description is intended to accurately reflect the duties, responsibilities and requirements of the position.
