## About the Role

* 7+ years of IT infrastructure experience; 3+ years in an MSP/co-managed role
 * Strong hands-on Azure IaaS knowledge and hybrid cloud understanding
 * PowerShell scripting required; Terraform or similar preferred
 * Windows Server, AD, VMware or Hyper-V familiarity
 * Clear communication and comfort working across teams and clients
 * Preferred: AZ-104, AZ-305, AZ-800/801, or similar Microsoft certifications

## Description

We're looking for a Senior Azure Infrastructure Consultant to lead hybrid cloud projects for clients in co-managed IT environments. You'll design, deploy, and support Azure-based infrastructure while serving as an escalation point and technical mentor.
What You'll Do

 * Architect and maintain Azure IaaS workloads (VMs, VNets, NSGs, Backup)
 * Manage hybrid identity (Azure AD / Entra ID, AAD Connect, Conditional Access)
 * Lead migrations from on-prem to cloud (Hyper-V/VMware to Azure)
 * Automate using PowerShell, Terraform, or ARM templates
 * Collaborate with internal and client teams in shared responsibility models
 * Ensure documentation, compliance, and service delivery standards
