## Description

The IT Support Specialist is responsible for providing advanced technical support to internal employees while helping maintain and improve the organization's technology environment. This role serves as a key point of contact for end-user technology issues, ensuring timely resolution, excellent customer service, and compliance with organizational standards and policies.

The position supports a variety of end-user technologies, including computers, tablets, mobile devices, printers, business applications, and other workplace technology.
