The role involves managing the complete contract lifecycle, including contract review support, negotiation coordination, contract execution, signature management, archival, and SAP contract administration. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, excellent stakeholder management capabilities, knowledge of procurement processes, and hands-on experience with SAP procurement modules and contract lifecycle management tools., * Exceptional attention to detail. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills. * Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy. * Continuous improvement mindset. Technical * SAP MM * DocuSign * CLM Platforms * MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Reporting) * Microsoft Office Suite Education & Experience * Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Law, Procurement, or related field. * Certification in Contract Management, Procurement, Supply Chain, or SAP will be an added advantage. * Knowledge of Legal Contracting principles preferred. * Preferred Experience Range: 2-5 Years Experience in one or more of the following areas: * Contract Administration * Procurement Operations * SAP Procurement (MM Module) * Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) * Strategic Sourcing Support ## Description Contract Administration & Lifecycle Management * Support end-to-end contract administration activities from contract request through execution and archival. * Review procurement contracts for completeness, accuracy, required approvals, and compliance with internal policies. * Coordinate with Procurement, Legal, Vendors, and Business stakeholders during contract drafting, review, negotiation, and execution stages. * Track contract versions, amendments, renewals, expirations, and key milestones. * Manage contract execution through electronic signature platforms such as DocuSign. * Maintain centralized contract repositories and ensure accurate contract archival and retrieval. * Ensure adherence to internal controls, governance requirements, and procurement policies.
