## Description

Job Summary: The technician will support computers, software, peripherals, classroom technology, audiovisual equipment, and other common technology issues. The role will also assist with workstation setup, equipment deployment, employee onboarding/offboarding, classroom and meeting technology, and routine IT maintenance., * Provide frontline technical support to faculty, staff, and students.

 * Troubleshoot Windows and macOS computers.
 * Troubleshoot software, applications, user accounts, and authentication issues.
 * Support printers, peripherals, monitors, docking stations, keyboards, and mice.
 * Troubleshoot basic network and connectivity issues.
 * Assist with workstation setup and equipment replacement.
 * Support employee onboarding and offboarding activities.
 * Assist with office moves and technology deployments.
 * Support classroom and conference-room technology.
 * Troubleshoot displays, projectors, microphones, cameras, speakers, and presentation equipment.
 * Assist with Microsoft Teams, Zoom, livestreams, and hybrid events.
 * Assist with Windows, macOS, and mobile device setup and deployment.
 * Install approved software and perform routine operating-system updates.
 * Assist with device enrollment and workstation configuration.
 * Assist with technology inventory and equipment tracking.
 * Escalate advanced technical issues to senior IT staff when required.
