* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT- oder kaufmännischen Bereich (Matura) von Vorteil
 * Interesse an IT-Prozessen und Applikationsbetreuung
 * Strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
 * Kommunikationsstärke und Serviceorientierung
 * Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office sowie Erfahrung mit Ticketsystemen von Vorteil
 * Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
 * Österreichische Staatsbürgerschaft oder unbeschränkter Zugang zum österreichischen Arbeitsmarkt

## Description

* Durchführung und Unterstützung bei der elektronischen Rechnungsbuchung
 * Betreuung und Unterstützung von Fachapplikationen im laufenden Betrieb
 * Entgegennahme von Supportanfragen per Telefon, E-Mail oder Ticketsystem
 * Analyse, Priorisierung und interne Weiterleitung von Störungen und Anfragen an die zuständigen Fachbereiche
 * Erstellung und Pflege von Dokumentationen, Benutzeranleitungen und Prozessbeschreibungen
 * Unterstützung der Mitarbeiter bei grundlegenden technischen und organisatorischen Fragestellungen
 * Mitarbeit bei der Optimierung interner Abläufe und Supportprozesse
