## About the Role

What you'll need: Must have- ~4+ years of professional software engineering experience building production systems, including rich experience in end-to-end system design and delivery.
~ Strong proficiency in Go (Golang) for backend development and React/Next.js or React Native for UI development; must have hands-on full stack engineering experience.
~ Solid understanding of software design principles, testing practices, and delivery fundamentals.
~ Clear written and verbal communication with teammates, product managers, and stakeholders.
Nice to have Prior experience in distributed systems, high-traffic services, or data-intensive platforms.
Familiarity with agile/scrum delivery models.
Experience integrating third-party video conferencing solutions into web or enterprise applications using APIs or SDKs.

## Description
