* Grafikdesign: Sicherer Umgang mit Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; gerne XD/Figma).
 * Web: Sehr gute Kenntnisse in WordPress/Elementor, Responsive Webdesign, Basis-HTML/CSS von Vorteil.
 * Struktur & Qualität: Auge für Typografie, Bildsprache und UX; saubere, wartbare Umsetzung.
 * Social Media & SEA Skills: Erfahrung im Erstellen und Planen von Inhalten (Meta/Instagram/LinkedIn/Google ADs).
 * Tool-Affinität: Hohe Software-Routine und die Fähigkeit, sich schnell und eigenständig in neue Tools einzuarbeiten.
 * Ausbildung: Grafik- und Designausbildung an einer HTL, Fachhochschule oder Universität
 * Deutschkenntnisse: Mndestanforderung C3
 * Berufserfahrung: du solltest einige Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung, vorzugsweise in einer Werbeagentur mitbringen

## Description

* Kampagnendesign: Entwicklung von Creatives für Online-Marketing-Kampagnen, Social Media Kampagnen, Google-Ads, Performance Kampagnen
 * Webdesign: Konzeption, Screendesign und Umsetzung moderner Websites mit WordPress & Elementor (inkl. Pflege, Updates und kleineren Anpassungen/Plugins).
 * Selbstständige Projektarbeit an vielfältigen Kundenprojekten - von Landingpages bis Mini-Brands - inklusive direkter Abstimmung mit Kund*innen.
 * Social Media: Erstellung von Bild-/Video-Assets, Redaktionsplänen und Posts; Meta Business Suite sowie Profilbetreuung.
 * E-Mail-Marketing: Erstellung von E-Mail-Kampagnen für diverse Kund*innen
 * Marketing: Mitwirken an Kampagnen, Content-Ideen und einfachen Funnels; Blick auf Zielgruppen, Conversion und CI.
 * Team-Support im Daily Business (z. B. Contentpflege, kleine Layouts.)
