## About the Role

* Eine abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung (HTL, Fachschule, FH, Universität) oder mehrjährige Erfahrung im Betrieb von Netzwerk- und IT-Infrastrukturen.
 * Fundierte Kenntnisse in Routing & Switching, Firewall- und/oder WLAN-Technologien.
 * Erfahrung im Troubleshooting von Netzwerk- und Security-Systemen in produktiven Umgebungen.
 * Solides Know-how in der Linux-Administration.
 * Interesse daran, Betriebsprozesse zu automatisieren, und erste praktische Erfahrung mit Skripting oder Automatisierungstools (z. B. Python, Bash, Ansible, APIs, CI/CD).
 * Du hast Berührungspunkte mit Container- oder Kubernetes-Umgebungen (z. B. Ingress, cert-manager, Operatoren) aus der Betriebsperspektive.
 * Grundlagen in IT-Security (Hardening, Patch- und Vulnerability-Management) sind für dich selbstverständlich.
 * Du arbeitest strukturiert, analysierst Probleme systematisch und behältst auch in Stresssituationen den Überblick.
 * Teamfähigkeit und professionelle Kommunikation sind für dich selbstverständlich.
 * Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse.

Von Vorteil sind:

 * Herstellerkenntnisse und Zertifizierungen (z. B. Cisco CCNP / CCIE, HPE Aruba, Fortinet, Check Point).
 * Erfahrung mit DevOps- oder DevSecOps-Methoden im Betriebsumfeld.
 * Erfahrung mit Monitoring-, Logging- und Alerting-Systemen.
