## Description

* Installation, Konfiguration und Wartung der IT-Infrastruktur (Clients und Server im MS-Umfeld, VMware-Virtualisierungsumgebung, Netzwerk, Videoüberwachung, Telefonie…)
 * First- und Second-Level-Support der IT-Infrastruktur und der eingesetzten Softwarepakete für die hausinternen Anwender
 * Analyse von eingemeldeten Problemen und selbstständige Ausarbeitung von Lösungsmöglichkeiten, ggf. zusammen mit externen Partnern
 * Mitarbeit bei technischen Projekten rund um die IT- Infrastruktur
