## About the Role

* 5+ years relevant experience with a bachelor's degree OR equivalent relevant professional experience
 * 5+ years of application development experience
 * 3+ years of full stack application development experience

Preferred Qualifications:

 * 5+ years of experience with Ruby or another object-oriented programming language
 * 2+ years of experience with Github Actions
 * Experience with Cloud Infrastructure or Platform Operations
 * Experience with AWS Administration
 * Experience using AI tools such as Copilot for software development

What are some preferred/nice to have skills the manager is looking for?

 * We are looking for a skilled engineer who would ideally have some additional familiarity with Dev Ops technologies and even experience with AWS EKS and Argo CD.
 * We are interested in finding a candidate that can coach and teach other junior engineers on the team.
 * We would like this candidate to have strong leadership and communication skills as well.
