## Description

* 1st- und 2nd-Level-Support für Hard- und Softwarelösungen mit Schwerpunkt auf Windows-Clients, Druckern und Arbeitsplatzsystemen
 * Analyse und Bearbeitung von Störungen sowie Unterstützung der Anwender per Ticketsystem, Telefon und E-Mail
 * Dokumentation und Nachverfolgung von Supportfällen
 * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem 3rd-Level-Support bei komplexeren technischen Fragestellungen
 * Installation, Konfiguration und Betreuung von IT-Arbeitsplätzen und Endgeräten
 * Mitarbeit bei IT-Projekten und laufenden Optimierungen der IT-Landschaft
 * Je nach Interesse und Erfahrung schrittweise Übernahme von Aufgaben in der Systemadministration, beispielsweise im Bereich Server, Active Directory oder Netzwerktechnik
