## Description

* Betreuung, Administration und Weiterentwicklung der Microsoft-Systemlandschaft (Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Exchange Online etc.)
 * Verwaltung von Windows-Clients und mobilen Endgeräten über Microsoft Intune
 * Administration und laufende Betreuung der Server- und Netzwerkinfrastruktur
 * Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung der Citrix-Umgebung
 * Mitarbeit bei IT-Infrastruktur- und Digitalisierungsprojekten
 * 1st- und 2nd-Level-Support für Hard- und Softwarelösungen
 * Analyse, Dokumentation und Optimierung bestehender IT-Systeme und Prozesse
 * Überwachung und Sicherstellung eines stabilen IT-Betriebs
