 * Mitarbeit an innovativen Digitalisierungs- und Automatisierungsprojekten
 * Mitarbeit an innovativen KI-Projekten, insbesondere im Bereich automatisierter Kundenkommunikation
 * Analyse, Konzeption und Umsetzung neuer digitaler Prozesse und Anwendungen
 * Schnittstellenmanagement zwischen Kundenservice, Konzern-IT und externen Partnern
 * Optimierung bestehender Systeme sowie Unterstützung bei Fehleranalyse, Tests und Rollouts
 * Dokumentation technischer Lösungen und aktive Mitgestaltung neuer Ideen und Technologien
