 * More than 10 years of hands-on development experience with strong proficiency in mainframe technologies, including COBOL, JCL, CICS, EZYTRIEVE, IBM DB2, VSAM, MQ, NDM/SFTP file transmissions, and SORT.
 * In-depth knowledge of IBM IDZ Mainframe Emulation Software and IDZGit source code management.
 * Strong understanding of scheduling software used in the Bank's batch processing environment, such as Control-M.
 * Experience writing and optimizing batch jobs, stored procedures, and online transactions.
 * Experience performing code reviews, unit testing, and debugging.
 * Knowledge of Agile methodologies and GitLab.
 * Good-to-have knowledge of financial products such as InvestOne or similar platforms.
 * The ability to apply application expertise to quickly diagnose and resolve issues while maintaining client service level agreements.
 * Experience using AI tools such as Windsurf, Devin, and Claude to develop solutions is preferred.
