* OpenStack experience
 * Linux experience to include: Red Hat 6, 7, 8, and 9
 * Experience with Grafana and Naemon
 * Virtual Machine - Hypervisor
 * Ansible and Puppet
 * MachineShop experience
 * Hypervisor virtual machine experience
 * Python development language
 * Understanding of Return-to-Service (RTS) protocols
 * Familiarity with Pagent and Putty
 * Python development language
 * Bash scripting
 * Daily troubleshooting of Linux, Windows, Red Hat 6, 7, 8, and 9 Operating Systems
 * Providing Ubuntu support
 * Oversee cross-platform virtual machine lifecycles across Linux hypervisor environments (possibly Windows), optimizing resource allocation and compute capacity.
 * Maintain and manage various versions of OpenStack across multi-region deployments
 * Troubleshoot issues across Agency GOTS OpenStack platforms
 * Write and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Ansible and Puppet
 * May include developing end-to-end Python and Bash scripts to automate daily operational tasks, reduce manual toil, and streamline system provisioning workflows
 * Manage YUM repos (GOTS repository management)
 * Utilize Naemon and Grafana diagnostic tooling to execute systemic performance analysis and proactively address health degraded states.
