## About the Role

* 5-7 years of relevant experience, including but not limited to:
 * Proficiency in at least one major language (Python, Java, C#, JavaScript)
 * Experience translating requirements into technical solutions
 * Experience in research, design, and development of software
 * Experience with testing, deployment, and maintenance
 * Experience developing system specifications and performance requirements
 * Experience with database design and maintenance
 * Experience in code reviews
 * Understanding of system integration (hardware/software interaction), * TS/SCI with willingness to take CI Poly
 * US Citizen or Lawful Permanent Resident

## Description

* Research, design, and develop computer and network software or specialized utility programs.
 * Analyze user needs and develop software solutions, applying principles and techniques of computer science, engineering, and mathematical analysis.
 * Update software or enhance existing software capabilities.
 * May work with computer hardware engineers to integrate hardware and software systems and develop specifications and performance requirements.
 * May maintain databases within an application area, working individually or coordinating database development as part of a team., * Provides ongoing support for existing platforms, manages customization, and maintains documentation.
 * Creates advanced finds, dashboards, and workflows.
 * Validates all user inputs prior to adding to back-end.
 * Generates architectural diagrams and additional documentation as necessary.
 * Provides support for SQL server databases.
 * Provides gap analysis and recommends solutions that account for NGA operational tempo and security constraints.
 * Knowledge and usage of Sprints within JIRA
