* 7+ years of experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems (preferably NextGen)
 * 7+ years of experience with Mirth Lab Systems / NextGen Connect
 * 7+ years of experience in EMR Integration
 * 7+ years of experience with Interoperability and Data Transfer
 * 7+ years of experience in Healthcare IT Operations
 * Experience working with State Government Agencies
 * Strong experience in healthcare system implementation and production support

Preferred Skills

 * Experience with HL7 Messaging
 * Experience with FHIR (Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources)
 * Certifications such as:
 + NextGen Connect Certification
 + EHR Certification
 + Practice Management Certification

## Description

* Support implementation, configuration, testing, and go-live of healthcare applications including:
 + Electronic Health Records (EHR)
 + Lab Information Systems
 + PACS (Picture Archiving and Communication Systems)
 + Pharmacy systems
 * Collaborate with vendors, clinical teams, and technical staff for system deployment and support
 * Maintain healthcare IT infrastructure including applications, databases, templates, and reporting tools
 * Troubleshoot EMR-related issues and perform root cause analysis
 * Manage system integrations and ensure seamless data exchange across platforms
 * Develop and generate reports for business and clinical stakeholders
 * Document workflows for medical and mental health care processes
 * Provide ongoing operational support for healthcare IT systems
