This role will have a direct impact on the financial operations of Hostaway's customers by helping them keep compliant records, manage funds belonging to property owners, and deliver accurate, reliable financial workflows. This is a greenfield opportunity on a new team responsible for designing and delivering a financial subsystem that property managers can trust: accurate, compliant, scalable, and auditable. You will play a key role in shaping the frontend architecture, user experience, delivery practices, and engineering standards from day one. You'll work closely with Product, Design, Backend Engineering, Finance, and Legal to build intuitive and robust interfaces for trust accounting, payments-related workflows, ledger visibility, reconciliation, reporting, and operational controls.
