* Erstellung von Programmberichten, einschließlich der Identifizierung potenzieller Risiken
 * Planung zukünftiger Programmaktivitäten, einschließlich Beratung mit Projektsponsoren, Bedarfsanalyse und Zeitplanung
 * Laufendes Controlling der Programm- und Projektbudgets
 * Übergreifende Koordination der Großprojekte zwischen autonomen, agilen SCUs (Self Contained Units) über Team-, Abteilungs- und Business-Unit-Grenzen hinweg
 * Sicherstellung einer Gesamtprojektkoordination gegenüber unseren Auftraggebern (Beratung der Auftraggeber:innen)
