## About the Role

We provide comprehensive on-the-job training, allowing you to learn enterprise-level IT practices, including Active Directory, virtualization, and security environments. We value a problem-solving mindset and strong communication skills over prior technical experience.

Job Type: Full-Time, In-Person, * Operating Systems: Familiarity with Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365.

 * Hardware & Peripherals: Basic knowledge of troubleshooting PCs, laptops, and office printers.
 * Networking: knowledge of IP, DNS, and Wi-Fi connectivity.
 * Communication: Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
 * Problem-Solving: A "can-do" attitude and patience when assisting others.
 * Ticketing: Experience with help desk ticketing systems is a plus.
 * Perform other related duties as assigned, * High school diploma or equivalent required
 * Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
 * Strong communication and problem-solving skills
 * Must be reliable and extremely trustworthy.
 * Ability to maintain confidential and meticulous records.
