* Experience with designing automated tests by creating scripts that run testing functions automatically.
 * Experience in prioritizing test scenarios and creating execution plans to implement these scenarios.
 * Experience in creating test plans, test cases, and preparing test environments.
 * Experience in performing moderately complex functional, application, and regression testing.
 * Knowledge of the software development life cycle and software development methodologies.
 * Able to interpret requirement documents and update test documents accordingly.
 * Strong familiarity with analysis, planning, and management reporting functions.
 * Acquires knowledge of the Customer's business in assigned area.
 * Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
 * Able to work with Customer as needed during test cycle.
 * Excellent analytical, problem-solving, team-playing, and oral and written communication skills.
 * Proven ability to work successfully with technical and non-technical groups and manage multiple responsibilities.

Preferred Qualifications

 * Experience with Texas DIR Project Delivery Framework and document templates.
 * Familiarity with company's information architecture and information management methodologies.
 * Familiarity with the existing and planned software technology and the global, regional, and local software architecture and infrastructure components.
 * Experience testing healthcare applications.

 * Create execution plans to implement test scenarios.
 * Create test plans and test cases.
 * Prepare test environments.
 * Perform functional, application, and regression testing.
 * Interpret requirement documents and update test documentation accordingly.
 * Design documentation for automated processes.
 * Work with Customer as needed during the test cycle.
 * Analyze, plan, and manage reporting functions.
