## About the Role

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, or related technical field (advanced degree preferred)

10+ years of experience supporting aerospace, defense, or space systems programs

Experience with ISR, radar systems, RF payloads, or mission systems engineering
*
Familiarity with MBSE/SysML tools and systems engineering lifecycle processes

Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills

Active TS/SCI clearance required
