* Du berätst unsere Kund bei der Einführung, Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung von SAP HCM- und SuccessFactors-Lösungen
 * Du analysierst Anforderungen, identifizierst Optimierungspotenziale und entwickelst gemeinsam mit den Fachbereichen passende Lösungsansätze
 * Du begleitest nationale und internationale Projekte von der Konzeption bis zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung
 * Du unterstützt bei der Gestaltung und Digitalisierung von HR-Prozessen
 * Du führst Workshops durch und schulst Key User und Fachabteilungen
 * Du arbeitest eng mit technischen Teams sowie weiteren SAP-Modulen zusammen und sorgst für eine reibungslose Integration der Lösungen
 * Du bringst neue Ideen ein und unterstützt aktiv bei der Weiterentwicklung unseres Beratungsportfolios
