## About the Role

A growing global organization is seeking an experienced NetSuite Implementation Specialist to support a high-priority ERP rollout. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on NetSuite professional who enjoys driving complex implementations, partnering with finance teams, and delivering successful global ERP deployments. The ideal candidate will be proactive, highly collaborative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with year-end go-live objectives., Preferred Qualifications of the NetSuite Implementation Specialist

 * Experience leading full NetSuite ERP implementation in a multinational organization.
 * Strong expertise in NetSuite Financial Management, Procurement, and Inventory Management modules.
 * Understanding of accounting principles; accounting experience or certification is a plus.
 * Experience integrating NetSuite with commercial and custom-built applications.
 * NetSuite certifications strongly preferred.

Responsibilities of the NetSuite Implementation Specialist

 * Lead hands-on NetSuite configuration and implementation activities across multiple entities.
 * Review existing project documentation, system designs, and implementation plans.
 * Partner with accounting and finance teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into NetSuite solutions.
 * Execute system configuration, testing, validation, and entity onboarding activities.
 * Support successful go-live and adoption for global business units.
 * Validate project deliverables and ensure success criteria are achieved.
 * Provide recommendations for long-term NetSuite administration and support structures.
 * Work closely with Finance, IT, and operational stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
