 - Analyse und Behebung technischer Störungen im Hard- und Softwarebereich
 - Unterstützung bei Netzwerk-, Server- und Infrastrukturthemen
 - Dokumentation von Tätigkeiten und Lösungen
 - Mitarbeit bei IT-Projekten und laufenden Verbesserungen unserer Services
