 * Betrieb und Administration von IT-Systemlandschaften mit Fokus auf Microsoft-Technologien
 * Unterstützung im Betrieb und in der Überwachung der Netzwerkumgebung (VPN, DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN)
 * Systematische Dokumentation von Supportfällen, Lösungen und Workarounds in Knowledge Base Tools (z. B. Confluence)
 * Aktive Mitwirkung an IT-Projekten wie System-Roll-outs, Migrationen und Prozessoptimierungen
