 * Ability to take ownership of features from concept to delivery
 * Structured and analytical way of working with strong problem-solving skills
 * Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
 * Experience mentoring other engineers and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement
 * Fluency in English, * Young environment, where not everything is written in stone, and where you are expected to contribute and co-create the culture of the Tech Hub and international collaboration model

## Description

Join our team and help shape the future of our global webshop. In this role, you will build new features and drive continuous optimizations to create a seamless, intuitive, and high-performing customer journey for users around the world. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you'll turn customer needs and business goals into impactful digital experiences.

Your tasks:

 * Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using React and TypeScript
 * Build and evolve reusable UI components and frontend architectures with a focus on performance, accessibility, and maintainability
 * Integrate frontend applications with APIs (e.g. GraphQL) to deliver seamless user experiences
 * Ensure high code quality through testing, debugging, and continuous improvement (e.g., React Testing Library, Playwright)
 * Collaborate closely with product, design, and backend teams to deliver user-centric and data-driven solutions
 * Lead or contribute to feature planning, estimation, and implementation across multiple workstreams
 * Drive improvements in frontend performance, developer experience, and engineering best practices
