 * Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field and a minimum of ten (10) years' IT experience, * Demonstrates excellent organizational/interpersonal skills and safety as the utmost priority
 * Needs basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Application and PC skills

## Description

* Utilizes expertise, analyzes and develops long-term solutions to IT needs through developing new or modifying existing applications
 * Reviews systems requirements and business processes; mentors others on codes, tests, debugs and implements software applications
 * Executes projects using project management concepts, requirements gathering and documentation, software development lifecycle and testing
 * Collaborates effectively with business partners, project team, and senior management to develop solutions that facilitate the integration of business processes
 * Recommends solutions based on an understanding of business requirements
 * Provides technical leadership and mentorship within a broader team
 * Other duties as assigned
