Due to the client contract, you will be assigned, this position requires you to be a U.S. citizen * Requirements & Solution Design: Proven ability to gather, analyze, document, and communicate business and technical requirements and translate them into Medicare Cost Report, analytics, reporting, and front-end solutions using enterprise platforms and tools. * Healthcare Analytics & Financial Analysis: Experience designing actionable healthcare analytics and partnering with data science teams on predictive models, financial evaluations, engagement models, and identification of fraud vulnerabilities. * Project Management & Estimation: Strong experience developing and maintaining detailed project plans, schedules, and level-of-effort (LOE) estimates while providing analytical and operational guidance to cross-functional project teams. * Client & Executive Communication: Excellent communication and consulting skills, with demonstrated ability to present solution functionality, analytical findings, and key design decisions to internal leadership, health systems, and state and federal government clients. ## Description As a Principal Consultant for Oracle Health, you will operate as the subject matter expert (SME) for projects for the State Government organization's clients. You will partner with the strategy lead on projects for health system, and state and federal clients, applying your expertise to analytics solutions. You will be responsible for understanding and writing requirements, communicating with partner development groups, and demonstrating solution functionality to internal and client leadership.
