The ideal candidate combines strong front-end engineering expertise with modern UX principles and backend API development skills, delivering responsive, high-performing applications that drive user adoption and business value., UI/UX Design & Front-End Development * Design and develop intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for AI-powered enterprise applications. * Ensure responsive user experiences across desktop, laptop, tablet, and mobile devices without compromising application functionality. * Translate UX designs, wireframes, and business requirements into high-quality, production-ready web applications. * Create interactive user journeys, workflows, prototypes, and visual components that simplify complex AI functionality. * Implement modern UI development practices, ensuring consistency, accessibility, scalability, and maintainability. * Optimize application performance and user experience by minimizing processing overhead and improving responsiveness. * Apply SOLID principles, design patterns, and industry best practices throughout application development. AI & Product Integration * Collaborate closely with Product Owners, GenAI Leads, UX Designers, and Engineers to convert technical AI capabilities into user-centric features. * Design experiences that effectively communicate AI-generated insights, recommendations, predictions, and conversational outputs. * Build intuitive conversational interfaces and AI assistant experiences that enhance user productivity and engagement. * Support AI explainability and transparency by creating user experiences that foster trust in AI-generated outputs.
