 * Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Bereich Microsoft Cloud-Lösungen (Microsoft/Office 365, Intune, Azure, etc.)
 * Ausgezeichnete Deutschkenntnisse (C2) in Wort und Schrift
 * Erfahrung mit Virtualisierung (bevorzugt Hyper-V)
 * Grundlegendes Know-how in den Bereichen Security, Firewall, Backup und Storage
 * Fortgeschrittene PowerShell Kenntnisse von Vorteil
 * Erfahrungen mit RMM und PSA Tools von Vorteil
 * Linux Know-how von Vorteil

## Description

* Betreuung von Windows-Kundennetzwerken von 5 bis 250 Computerarbeitsplätzen
 * Abwicklung von Supportanfragen (Telefon, E-Mail, Ticketsystem, Fernwartung, vor Ort)
 * Proaktives Monitoring aller relevanter Kundensysteme und IT-Services
 * Administration, Konfiguration und Weiterentwicklung von Windows Server Landschaften
 * Administration, Konfiguration und Weiterentwicklung von Microsoft 365/Azure Umgebungen
 * Administration, Konfiguration und Weiterentwicklung des RMMs (Automatisierung!)
 * Mitarbeit beim Neuaufbau von Kundenetzwerken (Onboardings)
 * Erstellung und Wartung von Scripts (PowerShell, RMM)
 * Erstellung und regelmäßige Pflege einer lückenlosen und nachvollziehbaren Dokumentation
 * Evaluierung und Implementierung von neuen MSP-Tools
