## About the Role

* Abgeschlossenes Studium (Universität oder FH) im Bereich IT, Informatik oder einem verwandten Feld sowie mindestens 5 Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der IT-Beratung oder in Digitalisierungsprojekten.
 * Fundierte Erfahrung in der Planung, Umsetzung und Optimierung von IT- und Digitalisierungsvorhaben, inklusive Cloud-Technologien und modernen IT-Architekturen.
 * Ausgeprägte Kenntnisse in agilem Projektmanagement und bewährten Methoden der IT-Beratung (z.B. IPMA, Prince 2, ITILv4, etc.)
 * Starke analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten sowie exzellente Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten.
 * Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.

## Description

* Strategische Beratung von Unternehmen bei der Planung und Umsetzung umfassender IT-Digitalisierungsprojekte, von Software-Architekturen bis hin zu Cloud-Lösungen.
 * Planung, Leitung und Steuerung von komplexen IT-Projekten, inklusive agilem Projektmanagement und Projektcontrolling, um den Projekterfolg zu sichern.
 * Verantwortung für die Gestaltung und Weiterentwicklung unternehmensweiter IT-Architekturen sowie Digitalisierungsstrategien.
 * Mentoring und fachliche Leitung von weniger erfahrenen Consultants im Team, um deren Entwicklung zu fördern.
 * Aktive Mitgestaltung und Weiterentwicklung unseres Beratungsportfolios im Bereich Digitalisierung und IT-Architektur.
