The ideal candidate will combine strong hands-on SAP analytics expertise with solution architecture, client-facing leadership, and team management experience., 7+ years of experience in SAP Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Data Management consulting. 5+ years of hands-on experience with SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Datasphere/DWC, SAP BW/4HANA, or related SAP data technologies. 3+ years of project or people leadership experience within a consulting environment. 2+ years of experience designing or architecting SAP Business AI Platform solutions. Strong knowledge of SAP Datasphere architecture, including Spaces, Data Builder, Business Builder, data flows, replication flows, and semantic modeling. Advanced experience with SAC story design, Planning applications, data actions, multi-currency models, and version management. Working knowledge of SAP Business Data Cloud, including Datasphere and Databricks integration. Experience delivering full-cycle SAP Analytics implementations across at least two business areas such as Finance, Supply Chain, Sales/Commercial, or HR/Workforce Analytics. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and solution leadership skills. Preferred Qualifications SAP certification in SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Datasphere, or SAP BW/4HANA. Experience with Databricks, Microsoft Azure, Google BigQuery, or Snowflake. Knowledge of SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and SAC Planning. Exposure to SAP Signavio and process mining use cases. Experience working with Agile, Scrum, or SAFe delivery methodologies. Knowledge of SAP Public Cloud Analytics. Familiarity with SAP HANA Cloud Knowledge Graph and its role in enabling semantic connectivity for Joule agents.
