This job will encompass NOC Network support, as well as field service on multi-platform integrated environments. You will have the opportunity to get involved in and learn about design, development and implementation of new projects, system integration, and complex network setup. We are looking for someone who is dedicated, not afraid of hard work, and is willing to do all it takes to ensure client satisfaction. This position stipulates strong hands-on technical skills to provide high-level technical services and strategy in a fast paced, multi-faceted and growing hospitality environment. Knowledge and experience in troubleshooting technology related problems that might include routing, datacenter design, intermittent packet loss, latency issues, system connectivity, and equipment failure is a must. Must have at least 5 years MSP/IT or similar experience. Experience In * AAD Administration, Office 365 * Azure, AWS environment * SharePoint, OneDrive * Switching & Networking, * Bachelor's degree is in Computer Science or Information Systems is required. * Certifications preferred: CCIE, Avaya or Mitel, Ruckus, Microsoft.
