## Description

* Anforderungsanalyse - Analyse von Kundenanforderungen und Geschäftsprozessen sowie Erstellung von Konzepten, Dokumentationen und Umsetzungsunterlagen.
 * Systemevaluierung - Bewertung und Auswahl geeigneter Software- und Systemlösungen hinsichtlich Funktionalität, Integration, Wirtschaftlichkeit und langfristiger Einsatzfähigkeit.
 * Projektkonzeption - Erarbeitung von Umsetzungsstrategien und technischen Konzepten auf Basis fachlicher Anforderungen sowie Definition der erforderlichen Arbeitspakete und Lösungsansätze.
 * Projektsteuerung - Koordination von Projektphasen inklusive Priorisierung, Abstimmung mit Stakeholdern sowie Überwachung von Fortschritt und Qualität.
 * Implementierung - Begleitung der Einführung neuer Lösungen von der Umsetzung über Test und Schulung bis zum produktiven Einsatz.
