This role leads digital transformation, business transformation, performance improvement, and project management services while ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and strategic goals. In partnership with physician leadership, SSD, IT, and business and operational leaders, the Director identifies and implements technology-enabled solutions, including digital tools, workflow automation, analytics, and AI capabilities.
