Eligible for Federal Public Trust clearance
17+ years of progressive and professional experience in the IT field
5+ years of IT project management experience
Proven experience successfully leading project of varying sizes and scopes
Proven experience with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
Strategic planning experience; ability to categorize, integrate, and synthesize on the fly when working with virtual "whiteboard" or other tools
Proven familiarity with Artificial Intelligence (AI) concepts and responsible use of AI-assisted tools
Proficiency in utilizing Google Suite products and Microsoft Project
Familiarity with Smartsheet
Experience with IT modernization projects is strongly preferred)
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Ability to present to senior clients and stakeholders
Highly analytical with strong attention to detail and good problem solving skills
PMP certification is required
Bachelor's Degree in relevant field

## Description

The ideal candidate will work closely with Senior leadership and our Technical team with management of strategic- level special (non-operational) projects to help drive high-visibility initiatives that shape the future of enterprise IT for the client
Using facilitation tools to help brainstorm, prioritize, and achieve consensus
Ensuring notes and decisions are recorded (with assistance from other contract team members)
Translating strategic planning results into project plans
Maintaining annual strategic planning tracking sheet with adequate metadata to determine alignment and understand milestones and success factors
Scheduling and helping facilitate inclusive strategic planning meetings, both IMO-only and with leadership governance boards, on at least an annual basis; multiple meetings may be needed to arrive at a plan consensus
Using facilitation tools to help brainstorm, prioritize, and achieve consensus
Coordinating collaboratively with all project SMEs and other leads to manage project schedules, track costs, and assess and report on project risks
Scheduling and running project meetings; preparing meeting agendas and distributing notes
Maintaining all project-related documents in a repository approved by and accessible to the Government
Presenting project details and progress to various technical and non-technical audiences
Preparing and delivering presentations related to projects to governance/working groups
Understanding the organizational policies and procedures for accuracy of solutions and deliverables to the client
Demonstrating a commitment to quality and customer support
