 * Sicherer Umgang mit Office-Tools (Excel, Tabellen, Reporting)
 * Verständnis für digitale Prozesse zwischen Store, Kasse und Online-Shop
 * Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Serviceorientierung
 * Diskretion, Loyalität und Teamgeist

+ Produkte im System anlegen, pflegen und kategorisieren
 + Bestände überwachen und aktualisieren
 + Wareneingänge buchen und Lieferungen verwalten
Auftrags- und Rechnungsabwicklung

 + Erstellung von Rechnungen, Versanddokumenten und Tax-Free-Formularen
 + Bearbeitung von Retouren und Umtauschprozessen
 + Sicherstellung einer korrekten Abwicklung aller Buchungen
System- und Prozesspflege

 + Überwachung und Behebung von Unstimmigkeiten in den Geschäftsprozessen
 + Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Zusammenspiels von Store, Online-Shop und Systemen
Verkauf & Kundenbetreuung

 + Aktive Mitarbeit im Store-Verkauf
 + Kundenberatung und Unterstützung bei Kaufentscheidungen
