## Description

* Lead Discovery: Run discovery sessions to understand customer root causes and map them to Salesforce capabilities.
 * Design and Demo: Build and present solution concepts and demonstrations linked to clear business outcomes.
 * Co-create Solutions: Build on the Salesforce platform alongside customers and our Builder Teams.
 * Coordinate the Solution Cycle: Work with your Account Executive and specialists across the portfolio to keep the customer experience cohesive and outcome-focused.
 * Build Trust: Explain Salesforce's value clearly to audiences ranging from hands-on users to senior decision makers.
 * Support Pipeline Generation: Contribute to customer workshops, briefings, and industry events.
 * Grow the Craft: Share what you learn openly and help evolve how Solution Engineering is practised in the age of AI.
