 * Führerschein Klasse B für gelegentliche Vor-Ort-Einsätze bei unseren Kunden in der Region.

## Description

* First Level Support: Du bist die erste Anlaufstelle am Telefon und im Ticket-System für die täglichen IT-Anliegen unserer Kunden.
 * Client Support & Hardware: Installation, Konfiguration, Auslieferung und Fehlerbehebung von PCs, Notebooks und Peripheriegeräten.
 * Administration: Anlage und Verwaltung unserer Kunden in Microsoft 365 sowie in unseren eigenen Cloud-Produkten
 * Netzwerk: Grundlegende Einrichtung von Modems, Routern, Switches und WLAN-Access-Points beim Kunden vor Ort.
