## About the Role

* Abgeschlossenes Studium der (Wirtschafts-) Informatik, BWL, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder in einem vergleichbaren Studiengang
 * Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse (mindestens Niveau C1) für die Kommunikation mit Kundinnen und Kunden, Top-Management und internen Stakeholdern sowie sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
 * Mindestens 8 bis 10 Jahre SAP-Projekterfahrung mit Schwerpunkt auf Finance FI und/oder Controlling CO, idealerweise in leitender Beratungs-, Stream- oder Projektverantwortung
 * Umfassende Erfahrung in nationalen und internationalen SAP S/4HANA-Transformationsprogrammen, insbesondere Greenfield-, Brownfield- und Hybrid-Szenarien
 * Tiefe funktionale und prozessuale Expertise in SAP Finance und/oder Controlling sowie fundierte Kenntnisse der Integration mit Logistikprozessen, insbesondere MM, SD und PP
 * Sicherer Umgang mit SAP S/4HANA Best Practices, Scope Items, Fit-to-Standard-Ansätzen, Zielarchitekturen sowie Template- und Rollout-Konzepten
 * Erfahrung in fachlicher Führung, Stakeholder Management, Kundenberatung, Konfliktlösung und Moderation auf Management- und Entscheider-Ebene
 * Strategisches Denken, unternehmerisches Handeln, Umsetzungsstärke und Interesse an innovativen Themen wie KI, Analytics, Predictive Accounting, Process Mining oder Automatisierung im Finance-Umfeld
