* Experiencia mínima de 8-10 años en dirección de programas/proyectos de transformación en entornos de servicio ( utilities , logística o similares).
 * Experiencia demostrable liderando oficinas de transformación con responsabilidad sobre la cartera de iniciativas, su priorización y gobernanza.
 * Dominio de metodologías ágiles y de gestión de proyectos ( Agile , Scrum , Prince2 , PMI ).
 * Habilidades avanzadas en reporting ejecutivo ( Power BI , Tableau , Excel avanzado ) y definición de KPIs de impacto ( ROI , ahorro de horas , % automatización ).
 * Titulación superior ( Ingeniería , Económicas , MBA o similar).

## Description

* Liderar y coordinar la ejecución de iniciativas estratégicas, actuando como habilitador transversal de la mejora continua.
 * Gestionar la demanda de transformación: desde la identificación y priorización de iniciativas hasta su seguimiento, implantación y evaluación de impacto.
 * Levantamiento y análisis de procesos: identificación de ineficiencias y oportunidades de digitalización.
 * Definición y priorización de iniciativas: diseño de mejoras funcionales, automatizaciones y propuestas de reingeniería.
 * Implementación de automatizaciones: desarrollo de scripts, RPA y soluciones de analítica de datos.
 * Rediseño de flujos, roles y documentación funcional.
 * Automatización interna del servicio.
 * Seguimiento y gobierno del portfolio : coordinación, reporting y control de iniciativas.
 * Documentación periódica de resultados y mejoras implementadas.
