## About the Role

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
7+ years of experience as a software engineer, with at least 3-5 years in a lead or senior role
Proven track record of successfully leading the delivery of complex software projects
Experience in managing and mentoring a team of software engineers
Technical Skills
JavaScript/TypeScript development (Node.js) for the backend
Github / DevOps experience
Experience in API operations and management
Competence in monitoring resources on Azure
Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
Terraform and/or Bicep for automatic infra deployment
Expertise in software design patterns, architecture principles, and development methodologies
Familiarity with agile software development practices and tools (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, Git, CI/CD)
Experience with cloud-based technologies and platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)
Strong understanding of software testing, debugging, and performance optimization techniques
Soft Skills
English : Independent user (C1)
Ability to travel / ability to be relocated for short periods in other countries (France/Spain/Portugal)

Lead a team of developers in the design, development, and delivery of new features and enhancements for the Secure GPT service, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality features that meet acceptance criteria and align with the product vision.Define and prioritize user stories based on business value and user needs, and manage the product backlog to reflect the latest priorities and business objectives.Develop new functions and enhancements around Secure GPT API usage while identifying opportunities for improvement in API Operations processes, particularly in observability automation and customer service delivery.Take ownership of service issues and incidents, troubleshooting and resolving API-related issues to ensure seamless user experience and high service
