 * Support von IT-Services (Active Directory, Mail-, Print-Service, Applikationen etc.)
 * Installation und Konfiguration von macOS, Windows- und Linuxsystemen sowie Office auf Arbeitsplatz-PCs
 * Installation, Betrieb und Dokumentation sämtlicher Hardware (Vor-Ort-)Support für zentrale Systeme
 * Verwendung von zentralen Monitoringsystemen
 * Sicherstellung der Inventarisierung sowie regelmäßige Erstellung von Reports
 * Inbetriebnahme und Support von Außenstellen
