## Description

* Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung der IT-Infrastruktur des Unternehmens
 * First und Second Level Support am Standort
 * Administration von Windows-Clients, Servern und Microsoft 365
 * Betreuung von Netzwerk-, WLAN-, Drucker- und Telekommunikationssystemen
 * Unterstützung und Begleitung von Digitalisierungsund Automatisierungsprojekten
 * Zusammenarbeit mit externen IT-Dienstleistern und Softwarepartnern
 * Betreuung der Produktions-IT und Unterstützung bei IT-bezogenen Störungen im Produktionsumfeld
 * Mitwirkung bei IT-Security-Maßnahmen
 * Dokumentation von IT-Systemen, Prozessen und Änderungen
