## About the Role

* Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (HTL, FH, Uni) mit Schwerpunkt IT, Informatik, Elektrotechnik, Automatisierungstechnik oder vergleichbar
 * Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Cybersecurity / IT Security, idealerweise im Industrie-, Maschinen- oder Anlagenbau
 * Sehr gute Kenntnisse der IEC 62443 sowie Verständnis für OT-/IACS-Security
 * Kenntnisse von Netzwerken und Protokollen wie TCP/IP, VPN, OPC UA, Modbus TCP oder Profinet
 * Erfahrung mit Security Incidents, Vulnerability Management und Schwachstellenanalysen
 * Verständnis für den Cyber Resilience Act (CRA) und dessen Umsetzung in technische Prozesse
 * Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
 * Von Vorteil: Kenntnisse in Secure Development, Threat Modeling, ISO 27001, Security Testing oder Produktentwicklung

* Fachliche Leitung des PSIRT
 * Analyse und Bewertung von Security Incidents und Schwachstellen
 * Koordination von Workarounds, Patches, Updates und Vulnerability Disclosure

Industrial Cybersecurity

 * Integration von IEC 62443 und CRA in Entwicklungs- und Produktprozesse
 * Entwicklung von Security-Konzepten für Maschinen und Anlagen
 * Bewertung von Bedrohungen, Schwachstellen und relevanten Schnittstellen

Beratung & Governance

 * Beratung von Kunden zu technischen und regulatorischen Security-Anforderungen
 * Abstimmung mit Entwicklung, IT, Digitalisierung und Commercial
 * Mitwirkung bei Security-, Compliance- und Entwicklungsstandards
